Mr Chi Man Kwan
Chi Man Kwan is the Group Chief Executive Officer at Raffles Family Office, the leading multi-family offices in Asia. RFO provides tailored wealth management and preservation solutions to ultra-high net worth individuals. As Group CEO, Chi Man is responsible for driving the company's strategic development and implementation. He led the company's expansion across Asia, establishing a strong presence in pivotal Asian cities, including Hong Kong, Singapore, Bangkok, Beijing, Shanghai and Taipei. Prior to founding RFO, Chi Man had amassed a wealth of experience in the private banking sector at institutions such as BNP Paribas and Standard Chartered. Additionally, he is the founder and current Chairman of the Family Office Association Hong Kong, a crucial platform facilitating dialogue between the family office industry, government agencies, and regulatory bodies. Chi Man is also the President of the Hong Kong–Singapore Business Association. He currently serves as the adjunct associate professor in the Faculty of Business and Economics of the University of Hong Kong. Chi Man earned his Executive MBA from the Tsinghua-INSEAD joint-programme. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Management from Lancaster University.

Mr Kendrick LEE
Kendrick oversees the firm’s operations, strategic direction, and growth initiatives within the region. Singapore, in tandem with Hong Kong, serves as a pivotal dual engine propelling Raffles Family Office’s growth and prosperity. From this key hub, Kendrick spearheads the firm’s expansion and client service initiatives across the paramount Southeast Asian markets. He collaborates closely with the executive team to devise and implement the firm’s vision, objectives, and growth strategies meticulously calibrated to the idiosyncratic requirements of the Singapore market and the more extensive Southeast Asian region.
Prior to his current responsibilities, Kendrick was instrumental in establishing Raffles Family Office’s presence and capabilities in Singapore and Southeast Asia. He managed and expanded the firm’s four business pillars that include: Independent Asset Management, Bespoke Wealth Solutions, Investment Structure Advisory, and Risk and Resilience Services. Under his leadership, the firm achieved significant growth in AUM and revenue, solidifying its position at the forefront of the wealth management industry.
Before co-founding Raffles Family Office, Kendrick built an impressive career in the private banking sector spanning over 15 years. He held various senior roles at prestigious institutions including Pictet, CIC and Indosuez, where he specialized in serving the complex investment and succession planning needs of ultra-high net worth clients across Thailand, Indonesia and Singapore. Kendrick earned his Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of Manchester while also proudly representing Singapore as a member of the national badminton team.

Recognizing the underserved demand in the digital assets space, Ray spearheaded the creation of Revo Digital Family Office and serves as its CEO. As a dedicated digital asset brand under RFO, Revo is Asia’s first digital multi-family office. Ray envisions Revo as a transformative force in wealth management, delivering tailored digital asset solutions for ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families, so that they can confidently grow, secure and pass on their wealth in a rapidly changing financial world.

Zann KWAN, CFA, is Managing Partner, Chief Investment Officer of Revo Digital Family Office, the first-of-its-kind platform in Asia that enables ultra-high net worth families to access and invest in digital assets via a proprietary wealth management platform.
Kwan’s role as a crypto-native and finance professional demonstrates the firm’s continued commitment to serving the needs of both traditional and digital asset wealth holders through an ecosystem with access to digital assets and its peripheral products.
Kwan brings more than twenty-eight years of professional and financial services experience, in which twelve of those have been dedicated to the digital assets space. Kwan co-founded Bitcoin Exchange Pte Ltd, the company behind the first public bitcoin machine and over-the-counter exchange in Asia in 2014, as well as virtual asset service provider Deodi Pte Ltd.
Before her foray into digital assets, she was with GIC, one of the world’s largest sovereign wealth funds. Prior to that, she spent a decade in New York City with Andersen, KPMG and a family office.
Being a sought after thought leader in the digital asset industry, Kwan has been on the board of ACCESS for more than a decade. ACCESS is the leading blockchain and cryptocurrency industry association in Asia. She is also a board member of CFA Society of Singapore.
Kwan is one of the first finance and accounting trained entrepreneurs in the cryptocurrency space. She has played an instrumental role in the development of tax regulations on digital tokens in Singapore, advising IRAS, Singapore’s tax authority, in the nascent years. She is also part of the ACCESS consultation group to formulate the code of practice for the cryptocurrency industry in Singapore. She has been called the "Crypto Queen" by the Accounting and Business Magazine by ACCA in 2019 for her contribution in the space. She is also frequently interviewed by the likes of Bloomberg, Reuters, Nikkei and Channel News Asia.

Mr Goh Chok Tong
Mr Goh Chok Tong was Singapore’s Prime Minister from November 1990 to August 2004. Mr Goh graduated with First Class Honours in Economics from the University of Singapore in 1964 and joined the Administrative Service of the Singapore Government the same year. In 1967, he graduated with a Master of Arts in Development Economics from Williams College, USA. Mr Goh joined national shipping company Neptune Orient Lines in 1969, and was its Managing Director from 1973 to 1977. Mr Goh was first elected into Parliament in 1976, and served as a Member of Parliament in Marine Parade for 44 years before stepping down in 2020. He maintains his links with Marine Parade as Adviser Emeritus to Marine Parade grassroots organisations. Between 1979 and 1990, he served as Minister of Trade and Industry, Health and Defence. He was appointed Deputy Prime Minister in 1985, and succeeded Mr Lee Kuan Yew on 28 November 1990 as Singapore’s second Prime Minister. After serving as Prime Minister for 14 years, Mr Goh relinquished the premiership in August 2004 to pave the way for leadership renewal. Mr Goh remained in the Cabinet as Senior Minister and was Chairman of the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) from August 2004 to May 2011. Upon leaving the Cabinet in May 2011, Mr Goh was given the honorary title of Emeritus Senior Minister, and was appointed Senior Advisor to MAS. In April 2017, Mr Goh was appointed Chairman of the Governing Board of the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy at the National University of Singapore.

Mr Ken Peng
As Chief Investment Officer, Ken Peng leads the firm’s investment function and shapes its overall investment strategy in support of ultra-high-net-worth families and their long-term, multi-generational wealth objectives. Based in Hong Kong, he provides insights into global macroeconomic trends and emerging investment themes, guiding investment decisions that balance portfolio performance with capital preservation.
Ken brings over 20 years of experience in the private wealth industry across Greater China and the United States. He has led investment teams and shaped asset allocation strategies at global financial institutions, most recently as Head of Asia Pacific Investment Strategy and Managing Director at Citi Private Bank.
Ken holds a Bachelor degree from Boston College and an MBA from the Stern School of Business at New York University.

Ms. Hafeeza Kamsani
Hafeeza Kamsani is the Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer, SEA at Raffles Family Office, based in Singapore. She joined the firm in January this year, bringing over two decades of experience across private banking, wealth management operations, and financial crime compliance in key hubs including Singapore, Dubai, and Switzerland.
Prior to joining Raffles Family Office, Hafeeza held senior leadership roles at EFG Private Bank, Credit Suisse, and RBC. Her expertise spans client onboarding, KYC and source-of-wealth reviews, sanctions, enhanced due diligence, and cross-functional governance—supporting both business growth and strong risk management standards.
Hafeeza holds a Bachelor of Business from Murdoch University and a Diploma in Law from Temasek Polytechnic. She also holds professional certifications in financial crime prevention and regulatory compliance from the International Compliance Association.

Ms. Huang brings in 20 years of experience in the financial industry, encompassing a solid 16 years of experience in private equity across multiple markets.
Jo led the private market investment department of PICC Asset management Hong Kong and was one of the company’s investment committee team members for 4 years. Prior to that, she served as Investment Director at GF Investments Hong Kong for 3 years. Prior to GF, she was a Principal at Excelsior Capital Asia for 7 years, a leading international growth capital private equity firm with reputable institutional LPs including US and European pension funds, university funds and insurance companies.
Prior to her private equity career, she has worked in Credit Suisse Hong Kong Equities Research.
Jo is a CFA charter-holder. She holds a Master of Management in Finance from Macquarie Graduate School of Management and a Master of Information Technology from University of Sydney.

Mr. Shawnn Tan
Shawnn Tan is a Senior Associate in the Investment Advisory team at Raffles Family Office (RFO), specialising in macroeconomic research and multi-asset portfolio allocation. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Honours) with a major in finance and minor in Art History from the National University of Singapore.
Beyond his investment role, Shawnn’s professional journey from intern to Senior Associate reflects the very growth, initiative, and continuity that inspired RFO's latest effort to engage young talent—the RFO NextGen Ambassadors Programme. As the Lead NextGen Ambassador for 2026, he will deliver the Closing Remarks at this year’s forum alongside his fellow ambassadors, marking his fifth year participating in the event and representing the rising generation within the RFO community.
This new RFO NextGen Ambassadors Programme is designed to connect and empower the next generation of the RFO ecosystem. Through dedicated training and hands-on participation in the Annual Forum, ambassadors gain confidence, build meaningful professional networks, and receive valuable industry exposure while enhancing the overall guest experience.

Ms Angela Ang
Angela Ang is APAC Managing Director and Singapore President at BitGo, a global leader in digital asset infrastructure. She is responsible for BitGo’s business growth, market development, and operating infrastructure across the region.
Before joining BitGo, she was Head of APAC Public Policy and Strategic Partnerships at blockchain intelligence firm TRM Labs, where she was instrumental in the firm’s regional expansion as part of its founding APAC team. Prior to TRM, she spent over a decade at the Monetary Authority of Singapore, where she led the team that built and operationalised Singapore’s payments and crypto licensing regime.
Having spent her career operating at the intersection of emerging tech, institutional infrastructure, and public policy, Angela brings a rare combination of policy expertise and commercial perspective. She holds an MBA from INSEAD.

Ms Yvonne Chan
Yvonne Chan is a moderator and former CNA business news anchor with over two decades of experience in broadcasting and live events. Specialising in finance, geopolitics, energy transition and AI, she brings editorial rigour, incisive questioning and clarity to complex discussions.
Her work spans ministerial forums, financial-sector dialogues and senior leadership conversations. She has moderated a discussion on the new economy with Michael Bloomberg and chaired dialogues featuring Singapore leaders Tharman Shanmugaratnam and Lawrence Wong.
During a decade at CNA, Yvonne anchored its flagship weekday breakfast programme, First Look Asia, and served as the channel’s business news anchor. She draws on that newsroom discipline to connect ideas, probe consequential issues and bring substantive insights into focus.

Mr. Chris Chiu
Chris Chiu is a Director at Equity Empire, a private real estate investment and development platform he is building alongside his father, focused on opportunities across Asia, particularly in Japan. He leads much of the platform’s investment research, development strategy and negotiations, with a current focus on hospitality and residential projects. Recently, he has also worked with Raffles Family Office to establish a property fund, with the aim of broadening the platform’s real estate investment capabilities and opportunities.
Before returning to Asia, Chris spent several years in London and New York across investment banking, real estate investment and entrepreneurship. While working in New York, he co-founded two e-commerce businesses as side ventures. As the businesses grew, he left his finance career to focus on them full-time, ultimately exiting both through sales to private equity.
Earlier in his career, Chris gained experience through internships at Goldman Sachs and Credit Suisse, worked in investment banking, and later evaluated opportunities in real estate acquisition and development for a China-backed investment platform in New York.
Chris holds a master’s in Astrophysics from University College London, where his research was subsequently published by the Royal Astronomical Society, and a master’s in Real Estate Investment and Finance from New York University. He has also completed further study at Stanford.
Alongside real estate, Chris continues to explore and build in emerging technology, particularly across AI and blockchain.

Mr. Adam Harper
Adam is the Founder and Managing Partner of Ashbury Communications, which he launched in Hong Kong in 2020 with the mission of helping clients build intelligent reputations.
Ashbury now employs 25 people in four locations, serves clients with over $4 trillion of assets and was named one of the 20 Best PR Agencies in the World in 2025 by PRovoke Media. The firm is recognised for its ability to integrate sector expertise, advice and original content with AI-enabled data and analytics.
Adam was previously a senior communications executive at HSBC in Hong Kong between 2012 and 2020, starting as Regional Head of Communications for Global Banking and Markets for Asia Pacific before becoming Head of Communications for Hong Kong and finally Head of Communications for Greater China.
Before HSBC, he was a Vice President in Credit Suisse’s Asia Pacific corporate communications team from 2008 to 2012. He began his career in London with Euromoney Institutional Investor in 2002 and moved to Hong Kong in 2004 as EuroWeek’s Asia Editor. He has lived and worked in Asia since then.
Adam lives in Singapore with his wife and three children. He is a graduate of the University of Cambridge.

Mr Bryan Koh
Bryan Koh is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of WhiteCoat Global, an AI-enabled digital healthcare group. Since founding WhiteCoat in 2018, Bryan has led WhiteCoat’s evolution from a telemedicine pioneer into an integrated healthcare platform powering end-to-end care across Asia.
WhiteCoat has established deep partnerships with leading insurers and healthcare organisations to deliver more accessible, connected and high-quality omnichannel care across primary, specialist and allied health services. Today, WhiteCoat serves more than 7 million insured lives across Singapore, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Vietnam and Malaysia.

Professor Aurel K. Qian
Professor Aurel K. Qian is the Cofounder and chief medical officer at SenseCare. She also
serve as an adjunct professor at the Institute for Artificial Intelligence Innovation and Industry
at Fudan University. She was recognized as the National Outstanding Leadership Figure in
Hospital Informatization and a Forbes China Young Elite Returnee.
Professor Aurel K. Qian is also a computational neuroscientist and medical AI expert
specializing in trustworthy AI and safety-oriented intelligent systems in healthcare. Her work
focuses on the reliability, validation, and responsible deployment of AI technologies within
complex clinical and data-intensive environments. As former CIO of Zhongshan Hospital, she
led the design of an AI-powered digital transformation framework and pioneered one of
China’s earliest hospital digital twin initiatives, later recognized by Harvard and CEIBS, which
was selected as the first digital transformation case in healthcare in China on “Harvard
Business Review”. She currently serves as a researcher at CUHK, adjunct professor at Fudan
AI3, and HIMSS APAC board member. With leadership experience in complex hospital
systems and medical data infrastructures, Dr. Qian has contributed to numerous healthcare
standards and interdisciplinary research programs, advancing the integration of trustworthy
AI into clinical and healthcare systems.

Dr. Aaron Sisto
Aaron is the cofounder & CEO of Chronicle Media, a venture-backed AI startup building the first frontier models for audience simulation and demand forecasting on social media. Aaron is also a Partner and AI investments lead at First Spark Ventures, investing in deep tech AI infrastructure, semiconductors and vertical application in consumer and media. He has founded 4 venture-backed AI startups, raised over $50M in VC funding, and prior to that was an investor at In-Q-Tel, the venture arm of the CIA, focused on deep-tech investments in AI, quantum computing and semiconductors. Aaron holds a PhD in AI and quantum simulation from Stanford University.

Mrs. Jennifer Yeo
Jennifer Yeo is founder and chairman of VIVA Foundation for Children with Cancer in Singapore (VIVA Singapore) which was set up in February 2006. She is also VIVA China Children’s Cancer Foundation Limited in Hong Kong (VIVA China)’s founder and chairman since Dec 2014. She also started Yayasan Viva Anak Kanker Indonesia in November 2023. The mission of all the VIVA’s is to save lives of children with cancer through medical treatment, research and education.
In 2019, she received the Goodwill Ambassador Award from Jiaotong University School of Medicine. In 2021, she received the Business China Excellence Award from Business China, Singapore, a non-profit organization, for her work in VIVA Singapore and VIVA China.
Jennifer holds the LLB (Hons) (National University of Singapore ,1981) and the LLM in Banking Law Studies (Boston University ,1985). She has been an advocate and solicitor of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Singapore for 45 years. She is also a Solicitor of England and Wales and a fellow of Singapore Institute of Arbitration and Chartered Institute of Arbitration. She started and grew a successful law practice in 1987 and led it for 30 years.
She practiced mediation at the Singapore Mediation Centre. In 2017, she published a book on family law to prepare young people for the responsibilities of marriage.
Jennifer Yeo miraculously survived a rare and deadly sinus cancer in 2017. After only two rounds of chemotherapy and a pilgrimage to the Basilica of Our Lady of Guadalupe in Mexico (where the Blessed Virgin Mary the mother of Jesus appeared 500 years ago), the tumour disappeared completely after only two rounds of chemotherapy.
Jennifer is a Licentiate of the Royal Schools of Music in Piano Performing (1975) and Piano VTeaching (1977). She was a finalist in the National Song Writing competition (1977) and her song has been sung by local choirs and choral groups.
Jennifer and her husband George Yeo have been married for 42 years and have raised four children - a daughter and three sons- aged between 37 and 32. They are a Catholic family.

Former National Swimmer and Singapore’s First Olympic Gold Medallist
Mr. Joseph Schooling
Joseph Schooling’s story is one of inspiration. He started competing at the tender age of six, breaking records and clocking times that made everyone take notice. He left Singapore to train in the USA at 14 years old and made his Olympic debut at the London Olympic Games in 2012 as the youngest member of Singapore’s contingent. He returned to the Olympic stage in 2016 and created history by winning Singapore’s first Olympic swimming gold, first Olympic gold of any kind, in the 100m Butterfly. Joseph also has multiple gold medals from the Asian Games and SEA Games under his belt.
Having retired from competitive swimming, he is pursuing his passions outside of the pool; he’s going into the VC space and continuing to build and expand on the offerings of his swim academy, Sport Schooling. He hopes to make use of his platform to inspire and help others go after their dreams.
