Chi Man Kwan
Chi Man Kwan is the Group Chief Executive Officer at Raffles Family Office, the leading multi-family offices in Asia. RFO provides tailored wealth management and preservation solutions to ultra-high net worth individuals. As Group CEO, Chi Man is responsible for driving the company's strategic development and implementation. He led the company's expansion across Asia, establishing a strong presence in pivotal Asian cities, including Hong Kong, Singapore, Bangkok, Beijing, Shanghai and Taipei. Prior to founding RFO, Chi Man had amassed a wealth of experience in the private banking sector at institutions such as BNP Paribas and Standard Chartered. Additionally, he is the founder and current Chairman of the Family Office Association Hong Kong, a crucial platform facilitating dialogue between the family office industry, government agencies, and regulatory bodies. Chi Man is also the President of the Hong Kong–Singapore Business Association. He currently serves as the adjunct associate professor in the Faculty of Business and Economics of the University of Hong Kong. Chi Man earned his Executive MBA from the Tsinghua-INSEAD joint-programme. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Management from Lancaster University.

Kendrick oversees the firm’s operations, strategic direction, and growth initiatives within the region. Singapore, in tandem with Hong Kong, serves as a pivotal dual engine propelling Raffles Family Office’s growth and prosperity. From this key hub, Kendrick spearheads the firm’s expansion and client service initiatives across the paramount Southeast Asian markets. He collaborates closely with the executive team to devise and implement the firm’s vision, objectives, and growth strategies meticulously calibrated to the idiosyncratic requirements of the Singapore market and the more extensive Southeast Asian region.
Prior to his current responsibilities, Kendrick was instrumental in establishing Raffles Family Office’s presence and capabilities in Singapore and Southeast Asia. He managed and expanded the firm’s four business pillars that include: Independent Asset Management, Bespoke Wealth Solutions, Investment Structure Advisory, and Risk and Resilience Services. Under his leadership, the firm achieved significant growth in AUM and revenue, solidifying its position at the forefront of the wealth management industry.
Before co-founding Raffles Family Office, Kendrick built an impressive career in the private banking sector spanning over 15 years. He held various senior roles at prestigious institutions including Pictet, CIC and Indosuez, where he specialized in serving the complex investment and succession planning needs of ultra-high net worth clients across Thailand, Indonesia and Singapore. Kendrick earned his Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of Manchester while also proudly representing Singapore as a member of the national badminton team.

As Co-Founder of Raffles Family Office, Ray plays a pivotal role in shaping the firm's long-term strategic direction. He has led key growth initiatives, driving business expansion and innovation.
Recognizing the underserved demand in the digital assets space, Ray spearheaded the creation of Revo Digital Family Office and serves as its CEO. As a dedicated digital asset brand under RFO, Revo is Asia’s first digital multi-family office. Ray envisions Revo as a transformative force in wealth management, delivering tailored digital asset solutions for ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families, so that they can confidently grow, secure and pass on their wealth in a rapidly changing financial world.
Ray has over 15 years of experience in private banking and leadership, having held senior positions at BNP Paribas and Standard Chartered Bank, where he managed global multi-asset portfolios for numerous Asian and European families of international renown.

Zann KWAN, CFA, is Managing Partner, Chief Investment Officer of Revo Digital Family Office, the first-of-its-kind platform in Asia that enables ultra-high net worth families to access and invest in digital assets via a proprietary wealth management platform.
Kwan’s role as a crypto-native and finance professional demonstrates the firm’s continued commitment to serving the needs of both traditional and digital asset wealth holders through an ecosystem with access to digital assets and its peripheral products.
Kwan brings more than twenty-eight years of professional and financial services experience, in which twelve of those have been dedicated to the digital assets space. Kwan co-founded Bitcoin Exchange Pte Ltd, the company behind the first public bitcoin machine and over-the-counter exchange in Asia in 2014, as well as virtual asset service provider Deodi Pte Ltd.
Before her foray into digital assets, she was with GIC, one of the world’s largest sovereign wealth funds. Prior to that, she spent a decade in New York City with Andersen, KPMG and a family office.
Being a sought after thought leader in the digital asset industry, Kwan has been on the board of ACCESS for more than a decade. ACCESS is the leading blockchain and cryptocurrency industry association in Asia. She is also a board member of CFA Society of Singapore.
Kwan is one of the first finance and accounting trained entrepreneurs in the cryptocurrency space. She has played an instrumental role in the development of tax regulations on digital tokens in Singapore, advising IRAS, Singapore’s tax authority, in the nascent years. She is also part of the ACCESS consultation group to formulate the code of practice for the cryptocurrency industry in Singapore. She has been called the "Crypto Queen" by the Accounting and Business Magazine by ACCA in 2019 for her contribution in the space. She is also frequently interviewed by the likes of Bloomberg, Reuters, Nikkei and Channel News Asia.
