萬方家族辦公室宣布委任
前盧旺達部長兼大使 Jean de Dieu Uwihanganye 為新興市場拓展主管
香港，2026年9月8日 ── 亞洲領先的聯合家族辦公室萬方家族辦公室（「萬方」）今天宣布委任Jean de Dieu Uwihanganye 為新興市場拓展主管，負責推動萬方於非洲與亞洲投資走廊的業務拓展。
Jean的加入彰顯萬方對非洲市場長遠發展潛力充滿信心。非洲擁有全球最年輕且增長最快的人口結構，預計到2050年人口將增至25億。在非洲大陸自由貿易區（AfCFTA）框架下，非洲亦正逐步發展成一個擁有約13億人口、國內生產總值約3.4萬億美元的單一市場。這些結構性趨勢預計將加快財富創造，並推動市場對更專業的投資、財富架構及傳承方案的需求。為配合萬方在該增長市場的發展目標，Jean將出任此全新設立的職位，常駐香港，並直接向首席行政總裁關志敏匯報。
關志敏表示：「我們很高興歡迎 Jean 加入萬方團隊。非洲正逐漸成為全球財富增長和投資佈局的重要市場。要充分把握此趨勢，需要既瞭解當地市場、又熟悉國際資本與財富管理需求的專業人才。隨著萬方持續深化與非洲市場的聯繫和合作，我們期待與Jean攜手發掘更多機遇，共同推動業務發展。」
Jean 擁有逾十五年橫跨政府事務、資本市場及跨境業務發展的豐富經驗。加入萬方之前，他出任盧旺達基礎設施國務部長。此前，他曾擔任盧旺達駐新加坡、澳大利亞、新西蘭及文萊高級專員，以及駐印度尼西亞大使。在其任職期間，「普惠金融科技論壇（Inclusive FinTech Forum）」正式創立並啟動。如今，該論壇已發展成為非洲規模最大的國際金融與科技盛會之一。他亦曾擔任駐新加坡非洲國家使節團團長。該使節團由54個非洲國家組成，致力促進非洲與亞太地區商界之間的聯繫與合作。在投身公共服務之前，Jean曾於盧旺達一家領先建築企業擔任董事職務。

Jean 為特許工程師，擁有盧旺達及英國曼徹斯特大學一級榮譽學位，並持有南洋理工大學南洋商學院工商管理碩士學位。
