新加坡及香港，2026年10月22日 – 亚洲领先的联合家族办公室万方家族办公室 （“万方”或“RFO”）今天宣布，已与卢旺达发展局（Rwanda Development Board，“RDB”）签署策略性资本募集及投资推广协议，以扩大私人企业参与卢旺达的发展。
透过是次合作，RFO 将联系其遍布亚洲及非洲的超高净值人士、家族及私人投资者网络，目标是在未来数年为卢旺达募集数亿美元的新增私人外国投资。
是次合作建基于卢旺达与一级方程式赛车（Formula 1）达成的十年协议。根据协议，由 Visit Rwanda 呈献的 Formula 1 非洲大奖赛将于 2030 年代初起在卢旺达举行，赛事场地为位于布格塞拉（Bugesera）、邻近卢旺达新建国际机场的全新专用赛道。
投资机会将涵盖机场城、酒店、旅游、娱乐、房地产、基建及配套服务等领域，遍及布格塞拉、基加利（Kigali）、穆桑泽（Musanze）以至卢旺达全国。是次合作将国际私人资本与卢旺达的项目资源连接起来，让投资者参与具商业可行性、并支持该国长期经济增长的发展项目。

今年较早前，RFO 于基加利设立卢旺达代表办事处，进一步加强公司在当地的布局，以及参与非洲各地投资机会的能力。
RFO 已开始与潜在投资者接洽，并计划组织投资者考察团前往卢旺达，探索投资机会及与潜在项目伙伴交流。
