新加坡及香港，2026年10月22日 – 亞洲領先的聯合家族辦公室萬方家族辦公室（「萬方」或「RFO」）今天宣布，已與盧旺達發展局（Rwanda Development Board，「RDB」）簽署策略性資本募集及投資推廣協議，以擴大私人企業參與盧旺達的發展。
透過是次合作，RFO 將聯繫其遍布亞洲及非洲的超高淨值人士、家族及私人投資者網絡，目標是在未來數年為盧旺達募集數億美元的新增私人外國投資。
是次合作建基於盧旺達與一級方程式賽車（Formula 1）達成的十年協議。根據協議，由 Visit Rwanda 呈獻的 Formula 1 非洲大獎賽將於 2030 年代初起在盧旺達舉行，賽事場地為位於布格塞拉（Bugesera）、鄰近盧旺達新建國際機場的全新專用賽道。
投資機會將涵蓋機場城、酒店、旅遊、娛樂、房地產、基建及配套服務等領域，遍及布格塞拉、基加利（Kigali）、穆桑澤（Musanze）以至盧旺達全國。是次合作將國際私人資本與盧旺達的項目資源連接起來，讓投資者參與具商業可行性、並支持該國長期經濟增長的發展項目。

盧旺達發展局行政總裁 Jean-Guy Afrika 表示：「Formula 1 是推動盧旺達宏大投資願景的催化劑，而私人企業的參與正是實現這一願景的關鍵要素。除了賽道外，這個項目涵蓋航空、酒店、旅遊、娛樂、房地產及服務業等多個領域的發展機遇。與萬方家族辦公室合作，為我們的投資募集工作引入具備深厚經驗的私人投資夥伴。我們期待更多企業參與其中，不僅把握賽事帶來的機遇，更在賽事以外推動商業發展、創造就業機會，並為盧旺達締造長遠的經濟價值。」
今年較早前，RFO 於基加利設立盧旺達代表辦事處，進一步加強公司在當地的布局，以及參與非洲各地投資機會的能力。
RFO 已開始與潛在投資者接洽，並計劃組織投資者考察團前往盧旺達，探索投資機會及與潛在項目夥伴交流。
