万方家族办公室宣布委任
前卢旺达部长兼大使 Jean de Dieu Uwihanganye 为新兴市场拓展主管
香港，2026年9月8日 ── 亚洲领先的联合家族办公室万方家族办公室（“万方”）今天宣布委任Jean de Dieu Uwihanganye 为新兴市场拓展主管，负责推动公司在非洲与亚洲投资走廊的业务发展。
Jean的加入彰显万方对非洲市场长远发展潜力充满信心。非洲拥有全球最年轻且增长最快的人口结构，预计到2050年人口将增至25亿。在非洲大陆自由贸易区框架下，非洲亦正逐步发展成一个拥有约13亿人口、国内生产总值约3.4万亿美元的单一市场。这些趋势预计将加速财富创造，并带动市场对专业投资管理、财富规划及传承安排等服务的需求。为推动万方在这一增长型市场的战略布局，Jean将出任这一新设职位，常驻香港，并直接向集团首席行政官关志敏汇报。

Jean 拥有逾十五年横跨政府事务、资本市场及跨境业务发展的丰富经验。加入万方家族办公室前，他出任卢旺达基础设施国务部长。此前，他曾担任卢旺达驻新加坡、澳大利亚、新西兰及文莱高级专员，以及驻印度尼西亚大使。在其任职期间，“普惠金融科技论坛（Inclusive FinTech Forum）”正式创立并启动。如今，该论坛已发展成为非洲规模最大的国际金融与科技盛会之一。他亦曾担任驻新加坡非洲国家使节团团长。该使节团由54个非洲国家组成，致力促进非洲与亚太地区商界之间的联系与合作。在投身公共服务之前，他曾于卢旺达一家领先建筑企业担任董事职务。

Jean 为特许工程师，拥有卢旺达及英国曼彻斯特大学一级荣誉学位，并持有南洋理工大学南洋商学院工商管理硕士学位。
