万方家族办公室委任首席人才官
持续建立高效能、以人为本的企业文化
香港，2025年11月7日 – 亚洲领先的联合家族办公室万方家族办公室（「万方」、「本公司」）今日宣布，任命蓝思卓（Caroline Langston）女士为首席人才官，即日起生效。此新设职位反映本公司致力建立高效能、以人为本的企业文化。
蓝女士过去五年一直担任万方的企业教练，与各地领导团队合作，提升协作、领导力及员工福祉。她在新岗位上将负责制定整体人才策略、推动人才培育及文化发展，包括本公司的万方集团学院（Raffles Group Academy）。该学院为本公司内部平台，旨在支持员工持续学习、技能升级及职业发展。
集团行政总裁关志敏表示：“我们的业务正迅速拓展，不仅在大中华区及东南亚，更进军需要具备前瞻性领导文化的新市场。设立首席人才官一职，是我们确保人才发展与业务增长同步的战略部署。”
蓝女士拥有超过二十年横跨亚洲、中东及欧洲的国际经验，曾在金融、咨询及高层人才发展领域担任要职，推动企业转型及领导力项目，强化组织表现及文化。
蓝女士表示：“由使命感驱动的企业文化将建立客户信任，推动业务增长。过去，我有幸担任万方的企业教练，见证里程碑时刻。现在新职位上，我期待与团队更紧密地合作，打造一个让每位同事都能发挥所长、与客户建立深厚关系，并成就个人职业成长的环境。”
关先生补充：“蓝女士多年来在塑造我们的领导思维方面发挥了重要作用，她将助力我们在跨市场协同发展中，构建更稳固的领导力、协作机制与成长体系。”
蓝女士拥有英国伦敦国王学院神经科学与心理健康研究的研究生资格，目前正攻读同领域的理学硕士学位。她将常驻香港，并直接向关先生汇报。
