萬方家族辦公室委任首席人才官
持續建立高效能、以人為本的企業文化
香港，2025年11月7日 – 亞洲領先的聯合家族辦公室萬方家族辦公室（「萬方」、「本公司」）今日宣布，任命藍思卓（Caroline Langston）女士為首席人才官，即日起生效。此新設職位反映本公司致力建立高效能、以人為本的企業文化。
藍女士過去五年一直擔任萬方的企業教練，與各地領導團隊合作，提升協作、領導力及員工福祉。她在新崗位上將負責制定整體人才策略、推動人才培育及文化發展，包括本公司的萬方集團學院（Raffles Group Academy）。該學院為本公司內部平台，旨在支援員工持續學習、技能升級及職涯發展。
集團行政總裁關志敏表示：「我們的業務正迅速擴展，不僅在大中華區及東南亞，更進軍需要具備前瞻性領導文化的新市場。設立首席人才官一職，是我們確保人才發展與業務增長同步的戰略部署。」
藍女士擁有超過二十年橫跨亞洲、中東及歐洲的國際經驗，曾在金融、諮詢及高層人才發展領域擔任要職，推動企業轉型及領導力項目，強化組織表現及文化。
藍女士表示：「由使命感驅動的企業文化將建立客戶信任及推動業務增長。過去，我有幸擔任萬方的企業教練，見證里程碑時刻。現在新職位上，我期待與團隊更緊密地合作，打造一個讓每位同事都能發揮所長、與客戶建立深厚連繫並發展事業的環境。」
關先生補充：「藍女士多年來在塑造我們的領導思維方面發揮了重要作用，她將協助我們鞏固跨地域協作與成長的領導基礎。」
藍女士擁有英國倫敦國王學院神經科學與心理健康研究的研究生資格，目前正攻讀同領域的理學碩士學位。她將常駐香港，並直接向關先生匯報。
