Raffles Family Office Appoints Caroline Langston as Chief People Officer

Hong Kong, 7 November 2025 – Raffles Family Office (“RFO”, the “firm”), Asia’s leading multi-family office (“MFO”), has appointed Mrs. Caroline Langston as its Chief People Officer, effective immediately. This newly created role underscores the firm’s commitment to building a high-performance, people-first culture.

Caroline has been RFO’s executive coach for over five years, working with leaders across the firm to enhance collaboration, leadership, and well-being. In her new capacity, she will oversee the firm’s people strategy, talent development, and cultural initiatives across all markets, including the Raffles Group Academy, an in-house platform designed to help every employee learn, reskill, and grow.

Chi Man Kwan, Group Chief Executive Officer, remarked, “We are growing exponentially. Not only across Greater China and Southeast Asia, but into new markets that demand a cohesive and future-ready leadership culture. Creating the Chief People Officer role is a deliberate step to ensure our people strategy scales with our growth.”

With more than two decades of international experience across Asia, the Middle East, and Europe, Caroline has held senior roles in finance, consulting, and executive development, guiding transformation and leadership programmes that strengthen organisational performance and culture.

Caroline said, “Having had the privilege of coaching our leaders through pivotal moments, I’ve seen firsthand how a purpose-driven culture fuels client trust and business growth. In this new role, I’m excited to work closely with the team to build the systems and environment that empower every colleague to thrive, connect deeply with clients, and grow their careers as part of a truly people-first family office.”

“Caroline has been instrumental in shaping our leadership mindset over the years, and will help us strengthen the foundation of how we lead, collaborate, and grow as one firm across borders.” added Chi Man.

Caroline holds a postgraduate qualification in Neuroscience and Psychology of Mental Health from King’s College London and is pursuing a Master of Science degree in the same field. She will be based in Hong Kong and directly report to Chi Man.
