Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing and communications programs to elevate RFO Group’s brands and drive business growth, ensuring meticulous execution.
- Plan, manage and support the implementation of external and internal corporate communications campaigns.
- Curate strategic and thought leadership content to support RFO Group’s marketing programs, events and corporate communications initiatives.
- Manage and coordinate speaking engagements for RFO spokespeople, including the development of key messages, briefing materials and execution plans.
- Collaborate with business units to develop marketing and communications strategies and assets, ensuring alignment and consistency in brand messaging across all channels and touchpoints.
- Manage the marketing and communications project budget efficiently, ensuring resources are allocated strategically and optimised to achieve business and brand objectives.
Requirements
- Degree holder in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, Finance or related disciplines.
- Fluent in English and Chinese (spoken and written).
- Preferably 8+ years of relevant Marketing or Communications experience in wealth management, financial services or communications agency background.
- Strong writing, editing, and research skills with an interest in finance and communications.
- Highly organized and self-driven, thriving in fast-paced settings and embodying a team-first mentality.
- Familiarity with financial terminology and compliance considerations is a plus.
