Primary Responsibilities
- Greet and direct visitors to the meeting room;
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls;
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable;
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries;
- Arrange local and overseas courier pick-ups;
- Support and organize company activities and events;
- Assist to monitor and order supplies for office and pantry;
- Assist to ensure cleanliness of pantry and meeting area;
- Assist HR with the onboarding logistics for new hires;
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned to Admin team whenever required.
Requirements
- 1 -2 years of experience as a receptionist in a corporate environment;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook;
- Good time management skills;
- An outgoing, positive and self-motivated individual;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin);
- Able to contribute positively as part of a team.
