Primary Responsibilities
- Lead the full setup process for fund structures, including Cayman Funds, Singapore VCCs, and Single-Family Offices (SFOs), across various jurisdictions and asset classes
- Manage the entire fund operations lifecycle, covering onboarding, subscriptions, redemptions, payments, and NAV reviews
- Liaise with internal teams (investment, compliance, business management) and external partners (administrators, auditors, legal counsel) to ensure seamless execution
- Develop and refine internal controls and operational workflows to enhance efficiency and governance
- Act as a key point of contact and subject matter expert for fund operations and SFO structuring for internal stakeholders and clients
- Partner with Relationship Managers to ensure fund operations align with client requirements and strategic objectives
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies across all fund-related activities
- Maintain thorough documentation and ensure timely reporting for audits and governance processes
- Support cross-departmental and regional projects, often under time-sensitive conditions
- Promote knowledge sharing and process consistency within the broader Fund Services team
Requirements
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in asset management, fund administration, or audit, with a strong preference for audit background
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- CPA or equivalent professional certification is an advantage
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and proven problem-solving and project management skills
- Able to work effectively both independently and in cross-functional, fast-paced, multicultural environments
- Confident communicator with professional presence and credibility in client-facing interactions
- Proactive, accountable, and results-driven, with a hands-on approach and strong sense of ownership
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong data handling and organizational capabilities
- Solid understanding of fund structures; experience with single-family office setup is an asset
- Bilingual fluency in Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and English, both spoken and written
- Candidates with stronger experience will be considered for a senior position
