During the event, RFO may be taking photographs and / or film the event. Participants may also be photographed and / or filmed during this process. These images may also be used by RFO for advertising, public relations, commercial or other business purposes. By registering for the event you agree that RFO may reproduce, distribute, broadcast and use these images for the purposes mentioned above.

In case of discrepancies between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall apply and prevail.
