Chi Man Kwan

Chi Man Kwan is the Group Chief Executive Officer at Raffles Family Office, the leading multi-family offices in Asia. RFO provides tailored wealth management and preservation solutions to ultra-high net worth individuals. As Group CEO, Chi Man is responsible for driving the company's strategic development and implementation. He led the company's expansion across Asia, establishing a strong presence in pivotal Asian cities, including Hong Kong, Singapore, Bangkok, Beijing, Shanghai and Taipei. Prior to founding RFO, Chi Man had amassed a wealth of experience in the private banking sector at institutions such as BNP Paribas and Standard Chartered. Additionally, he is the founder and current Chairman of the Family Office Association Hong Kong, a crucial platform facilitating dialogue between the family office industry, government agencies, and regulatory bodies. Chi Man is also the President of the Hong Kong–Singapore Business Association. He currently serves as the adjunct associate professor in the Faculty of Business and Economics of the University of Hong Kong. Chi Man earned his Executive MBA from the Tsinghua-INSEAD joint-programme. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Management from Lancaster University.
