Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support for the pricing of structured products, including crypto-linked, derivatives-based, and hybrid investment structures.
- Monitor open positions and track product performance, lifecycle events, and market movements across primary and secondary markets.
- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve client-facing materials (e.g., brochures, presentations, term sheets summaries) for a broad range of structured products.
- Support order confirmation and trade follow-up for primary issuances and secondary market transactions, ensuring accurate execution and coordination with relevant internal and external counterparties.
- Generate and propose structured investment and trade ideas based on market conditions, client needs, and risk-return considerations.
- Maintain a working understanding of crypto markets, derivatives mechanics, custody models, and settlement processes to support product feasibility and risk awareness.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in structured products, derivatives, investment solutions, or a related role within a financial institution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Strong interest in structured products, derivatives, and investment solutions, including market dynamics and client solutions.
- Knowledge of crypto assets, crypto-linked derivatives, and related custody and settlement frameworks is preferred but not required.
- Solid understanding of derivatives pricing concepts and common structured product payoffs.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify and present complex investment ideas clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, market-driven, and regulated environment.
- Proactive, commercial mindset with the ability to originate and articulate investment ideas.
- Fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken).
