Primary Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements across investment, compliance, HR, finance, and client services.
- Maintain dashboards and reports, ensuring accurate and timely insights for leadership.
- Support evaluation, implementation, and testing of new technology platforms (e.g. Mobile App solutions).
- Track project milestones, vendor deliverables, and assist with UAT.
- Prepare updates and materials for project sponsors and senior management.
- Promote adoption of new systems and tools across the business.
- Participate in other ad hoc projects as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of relevant work experience; internship experience will also be considered.
- Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (spoken & written).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools).
- Nice-to-have technically curious and adaptable, exposure to AI tools (e.g., GenAI, data summarization tools)
- Skills in VBA, Python, low-code automation, JIRA, or Confluence would be an advantage.
