Primary Responsibilities
- Support Relationship Managers in managing day-to-day client relationships, handling client queries, and ensuring a high standard of service delivery
- Prepare account opening documentation, conduct due diligence, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (KYC/AML, periodic reviews, etc.)
- Assist with trade bookings, portfolio reporting, settlement coordination, and liaise with internal operations and external banks/custodians
- Maintain accurate client records, generate reports, and ensure timely follow-ups on client instructions and requests
- Collaborate with investment, legal, compliance, and operations teams to streamline client servicing and address client needs
- Support Relationship Managers in preparing investment proposals, market updates, and presentation materials for client meetings
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or asset management
- Prior experience supporting ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients is preferred
- Strong understanding of financial products, client documentation, and banking operations
- Proficiency in written and spoken English; Cantonese and Mandarin preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- High attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
