We are currently seeking an Receptionist and Office Administrator, based in Singapore.

Responsibilities
• Professionally greet and escort guests to the meeting rooms and serve refreshments
• Coordinate meeting room bookings for Singapore office via Outlook
• Coordinate zoom meetings and video conferences including setting up the facilities
• Distribution of incoming and outgoing physical mail, i.e. courier pick-ups
• Monitor pantry inventory and order stock monthly
• Report office supplies stock inventory regularly
• Ensure cleanliness of pantry and meeting area
• Travel arrangement for employees including flight/ hotel booking
• Assist in corporate events
• Assist with other ad-hoc duties assigned to Admin team whenever required

Requirements
• Preferably2-5 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity with financial institutions
• An outgoing, positive and self-motivated individual
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team and to think globallywith excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Organised and meticulous
• Proficient with MS Office especially MS Outlook
• Presentable and able to speak fluent English and Chinese as the role is required to communicate in this language
