Statement Regarding MoU with WorkTech Asia

The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed between Raffles Family Office Limited and Sky Regal Holdings Limited (the holding company of WorkTech Asia) in January 2020 has been terminated.

Raffles Family Office will not proceed with its proposed investment in and the partnership with WorkTech Asia.
