RFO offers a one-stop comprehensive family office solution by providing a wide range of services including family offices advisory, taxation planning, independent asset management (IAM), insurance brokerage, overseas property investment and corporate services, ensuring we cover all aspects of family governance and family constitutions end-to-end. Headquartered in Hong Kong, RFO is also incorporated in Singapore, Taipei and Shanghai.

We are currently seeking an Assistant Relationship Manager, based in Hong Kong.


  • Handle new account openings, account maintenance, asset transfers, loans, payments, order taking, and product recommendations.
  • Assist with the onboarding of new Relationship Managers.
  • Manage and resolve client/RM inquiries regarding Raffles Family Office services and products.
  • Ensure timely and accurate execution of client requests and transactions.
  • Provide ongoing guidance and updates on operational and regulatory matters to team members.
  • Assist in fund subscription documentation and processing.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Relationship Managers.


  • Degree holder in Business, Finance, or related disciplines.
  • Preferably 4+ years of relevant experience in a similar capacity with a private bank or wealth management firm.
  • Familiar with private bank account opening, KYC write-up, and procedures.
  • Strong knowledge of banking products, services, and regulations.
  • Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English and Chinese is a must (written and spoken).
  • Efficient at multitasking, works well under pressure, and proficient in MS Office.
  • High professionalism, ethical standards, and strong analytical and organizational skills.
