Primary Responsibilities:
• Provide general operational, client service and administrative support to the Relationship Managers;
• Maintain and update records of client instructions, client details and preferences;
• Collect and prepare account opening documentations, perform KYC and due diligence;
• Respond to client enquiries, monitor transactions and activities in client accounts;
• Ensure strict compliance and legal guidelines are adhered to with all internal policies and external regulations.

Requirements:
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in client support function within a financial institutions, preferably ARM experience from a private bank;
• Strong client service and problem-solving mentality;
• Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
• Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese) and English, both written and spoken.
